My experience.

Legal consultant expert in corporate crises and insolvency and corporate criminal law.

Since 2008, I started working as an expert accountant at the administrative, tax and labor consultancy firm of Dr. Antonio Minervini, accountant and statutory auditor. Over the years, in addition to acquiring profound knowledge in accounting and business management (small, medium and large and private), I have developed the ability to better understand the needs of the customer, adapting to each reality and required needs. 

In 2015, I became Co-owner.

The need to improve myself as a professional, and the desire to study, meant that in 2015 I began my studies at the Faculty of Law of the Milan-Bicocca University. Here, I completed my Single Cycle Master's degree with a thesis in Criminal Procedure entitled"The organization's defense in trials for crimes committed in violation of the safety regulations of the Work" (Speaker: Prof. Avv. Oliviero Mazza), where I obtained the maximum score.

Previous work experience, in-depth study during University, and the course of forensic practice carried out at various law firms and at the Court of Monza (Criminal Trial Section), has allowed me to gain profound knowledge in the field of Business and Insolvency Crisis (Legislative Decree no. 14/2019), of the Legislative Decree 231/2001 (with particular regard to crimes inviolation of workplace safety regulations pursuant to art. 25-septies,environmental crimes, corporate crimes, tax crimes, commercial fraud and money laundering), and more generally ofcrimes against property, for which I am an expert consultant.

Furthermore, during the period of my legal practice in Court, I acquired profound knowledge on the subject ofcrimes against the family.

Despite the continuous collaboration with the firm of Dr. A.Minervini, since 2022 I have been registered with the Monza Bar Association at no. 4681.

Since 2022, registered with the Criminal Chamber of Monza.
